I realized yesterday morning that I hadn't yet drawn anything for my friend Elizabeth for her birthday, which is the same day as mine. ^_^; So I decided to draw her puppy that she got last year for her birthday, because ZOMG ANNIE IS SO CUTE! and all that jazz.

I was gonna use a mixture of colored pencil, marker, and ink originally, but halfway through inking part of the lineart, I just decided to use all ink. I'm really really surprised it turned out this well. I'm also surprised that a reference picture can help so much in a drawing. :3 This is the happiest I think I've ever been after finishing something. Yes, it has flaws, but overall it looks great. :3 I think I may do a happy dance. ^_^

Wow, this is really amazing! n_n Hope she likes it, I'd be awed if someone drew this for me, even though I don't have that dog. XD I like the tongue and ears, the lines are smooth. <3
